How does factory-direct dropshipping work?

Pick stock items: Choose models from our catalog. Stock items have no minimum, so you can list several and see which sell.
Get the per-parcel quote: Send the destination countries and expected parcel volume. We quote freight per parcel, and duties too if you want DDP.
Send orders: Forward each customer order with the delivery address. Agree with us the packing requirements, such as which papers go in the parcel.
We pack and ship: Each parcel leaves our factory by international express, with tracking for each parcel.
Handle issues: Damaged or defective items are replaced, re-shipped or refunded after photo or video confirmation.

There is no minimum and no inventory deposit. You pay for the products and the parcel costs of the orders you send.

Which kitchen gadgets suit dropshipping?

Small, light, sturdy items work best, because the parcel cost depends on size and weight. In our range that means garlic presses, peelers, egg slicers, handheld slicers and compact graters. Larger sets, such as a 22-in-1 vegetable chopper, also ship well but cost more per parcel because of their box size.

What drives the per-parcel cost?

Four things set what each parcel costs: the packed size and weight, the destination country, the shipping term, and the import duty and VAT in that country. With DDP, we include duty, VAT and customs clearance in the quote, so your customer pays nothing on delivery. With DAP, the receiver pays those charges on arrival, which can lead to refused parcels if the customer did not expect them.

When should I switch from dropshipping to bulk?

Switch when a product sells steadily. At that point, the express cost per parcel is larger than what you would pay to ship the same units in bulk to your own warehouse or to Amazon FBA. Many sellers run both: dropship the new products they are testing and keep proven sellers in local stock.

Can I dropship under my own brand?

Yes. Customization (a logo, custom colors or a retail box) starts from 100 units per model. Outside peak season, we send design drawings within 3 days and samples within 7 days. How are damaged parcels and returns handled?

If an item arrives defective or damaged, send photos or a video with the order number within 7 days of receipt. We confirm the issue and arrange a replacement, re-shipment or refund. Return handling for your customers, such as whether items come back or are written off, is agreed with you before the first order, so there are no surprises later.
