What to include in a quotation request
- Products and quantities: model, product link, units per model and any mixed assortment.
- Destination: country, city or port, postal code if delivery to an address is required, and requested arrival date.
- Branding: logo file, preferred colors, placement and print requirements.
- Packaging: standard packaging or a retail box, labels, barcodes, manuals and carton marks.
- Documentation: intended market, material requirements and the reports your buyer needs to review.
From selection to shipment
1. Confirm the product
Review the model, dimensions, accessory list and stock availability. Ask for a sample quotation and dispatch estimate. Sample charges and freight are confirmed separately.
2. Approve the specification
Confirm the logo artwork, material specification, packaging, quantity and inspection requirements before production. Changes can affect minimum order quantities and lead times.
3. Arrange transport
Hehui can provide shipping service with the product order. Compare available routes using confirmed packed dimensions, gross weight and destination. Shipment cost and timing are included only when specified in the agreed quotation.
Shipping quotation checklist
Freight cannot be confirmed from the product price alone. Send the delivery location and request carton dimensions, cartons per order, total gross weight and the proposed shipping method. State whether you want freight arranged by Hehui or coordinated with your own forwarder.
Ask the quotation to identify included and excluded charges, the delivery point, and the agreed responsibilities for destination handling and customs. Do not assume free shipping, tax-inclusive delivery or a fixed transit time unless it is expressly confirmed.
Documents matched to the actual order
Supplier audit and product test documents have different scopes. Request the current document, issuer, date, tested model and material coverage relevant to the products you are buying. A report shown for one model is not evidence that every product in the catalog has the same coverage.
Review supplier document references and specify the documents needed for your intended market when requesting a quotation. Final applicability must be confirmed before ordering.
Common buyer questions
Can I combine different kitchen tools in one request?
Yes, send a model-by-model quantity list. Hehui will confirm each product's minimum quantity, availability, packaging and whether a combined shipment is practical.
Is the stock MOQ also the custom-logo MOQ?
No. Stock, logo printing, custom colors and retail packaging can each have different minimum quantities. Check the model page and request confirmation for your exact requirements.
How long do samples and production take?
Timing depends on stock, the selected model and customization. Request a dated sample dispatch and production estimate in the quotation. There is no single lead time for every product.
Where can I check the original product listing?
