Ask about your requirementsAre you a kitchenware manufacturer or a sourcing company?
We have 8 factories, and Hehui Kitchen is one of our websites for overseas kitchenware buyers. Our range includes manual choppers, graters, peelers and salad-preparation tools, with stock and private-label order options.
What is the MOQ for wholesale kitchen tools?
Minimums depend on the product and order type. For example, our VC002 14-in-1 Vegetable Chopper lists a stock MOQ of 1 set and a logo MOQ of 100 sets. Check your model page, then ask us to confirm current availability and the minimum for your exact configuration.
Can you customize the logo, product and packaging?
Yes. Hehui offers custom logos, custom products and custom packaging. Send your logo artwork, product idea or specifications, and packaging requirements. We will review the options, sample needs, order minimums, costs and timing for your project.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Tell us the model and whether you need a stock or customized sample. We will confirm availability, sample charges, freight and an estimated dispatch date so you can review the product before approving the bulk order.
How long do sampling and production take?
Timing depends on stock availability, quantity, the selected model and customization. Share your target arrival date when requesting a quote. We will confirm sample timing, production or dispatch timing, and the shipping estimate separately.
Can I combine different kitchen tools in one order?
Send a model-by-model list with your quantities. We will check each minimum and availability, then discuss packaging and whether a combined shipment works for your order.
Do you provide shipping to my country?
We provide shipping services covering more than 100 countries. Send your country, city or port, quantities and delivery requirements for a route and freight quotation. You can also discuss coordination with your own forwarder.
Does the quote include freight, customs duties and taxes?
Ask us to list product, customization, packaging and freight costs, plus the delivery point and included charges. Duties, taxes and destination handling depend on the agreed delivery terms; confirm what is included before placing the order.
Can you provide LFGB, BPA or other product test reports?
Available reference images are shown in our document section. Tell us your model, materials and destination market so we can confirm the relevant current reports. Factory audits and product test reports cover different things, and document coverage is checked for the selected order.
What are your payment terms?
Available payment methods and the payment schedule are confirmed in your quotation and order agreement. Review the amounts, payment stages and order details with our team before you proceed.
Can we visit your factories in China?
You are welcome to visit. We have 8 factories and have recently built a 6-floor, 10,000 m² factory. Contact our team with your preferred dates and product interests so we can arrange your visit.
